Coronavirus (Covid-19) - Latest Info: Updated 12/6/20.
We have reduced the amount of times we dispatch items so please expect a delay of upto 10 days but we will try our best to send sooner. See below -
One Off Needlework Kits - will be sent once weekly only (depending on when you order you may need to wait upto 10 days for dispatch)
Cleopatra's Needle - Allow upto 7 working days for dispatch as some kits are made to order.
Stitching Shed - Twice weekly dispatch
All other brands - Twice weekly dispatch
Postal Delays
Once dispatched the kits will be sent by 1st class post (or standard airmail) but it is likely that some areas of the country will experience significant delays due to a reduction in service levels due to coronaviris-related absences in their local mail centres and delivery offices. We are finding that parcels sent within the UK are sometimes taking over a week to arrive.
