Jubilee Needlecraft Kits

To mark 60 years of the Queen's reign the Diamond Jubilee will take place this year with the main celebrations taking place over an extended weekend at the beginning of June 2012.  Below are a selection of needlecraft kits to stitch in preparation for the Jubilee.  Brands include Brigantia Needlework and One Off Needlework.  We have also included royal cross stitch designs produced to celebrate the Royal Wedding between William and Catherine and some royal landmarks.

Diamond Jubilee information - The Queen came to the throne on 6th February 1952 and her coronation took place on 2nd June 1953.  She celebrated her Silver Jubilee (25 years) in 1977 and her Golden Jubilee (50 years) in 2002.  The only other British monarch to celebrate a Diamond Jubilee was Queen Victoria in 1897.
