The motifs used include Lions, Red Dragons, Wedding Rings, Thistles, Red Roses and elegant Peacocks. 

 

The Thistles represent Scotland which is where Prince William met Kate.  The Lions represent England, the Red Dragons represent Wales and the design also features shells which are from the Spencer coat of arms.
