Returns
If you change your mind or are not happy for any reason, simply return the item to us within 14 days, unused and in it's original packaging. On receipt of the item we will issue you with a refund, this will exclude any postage costs that were incurred during the original order. (we will of course reimburse postage costs if the item arrived damaged or is discovered to be faulty). We would be grateful if you could let us know before returning any goods via the 'contact us' form.
