Postage & Packing on UK orders is only £1.00 for royal mail 1st class post. Delivery normally takes 1-2 business days following dispatch.
Ordering from outside the UK
Postage to Europe is a flat rate of £2.00 sent via standard airmail.
Postage to the rest of the world is a flat rate of £3.00 sent via standard airmail.
From past experience parcels usually take 7 - 10 days to reach Europe and 10 - 18 days to reach all other countries.
Delivery
We are known for our speedy delivery! We aim to dispatch most items within 24 hours of cleared payment - (please allow a little longer for weekend orders). If there is a longer dispatch time for a particular kit then this will normally be noted next to the item on the website. Some kits will be sent direct from our suppliers to ensure faster delivery for you and sometimes in separate parcels. Rest assured that we will contact you if there is going to be a significant delay with your delivery.
Payment
Your payment details remain secure at all times - we never see your credit card details. We accept all major debit/credit cards through our secure payment processing partners, Paypal or Google Checkout. There is an option on the paypal secure site to pay without signing upto a paypal account - just choose the 'No Account' option which you will see on the left of the paypal screen.
If you prefer to pay 'offline' you can also make a payment by cheque or postal order (UK orders only). Please be aware that if you do so, your order will take a little longer to arrive.
Cheques will need to clear before dispatch, this normally takes approximately 5 working days once it has been received and banked. Full details regarding where to address any cheques is included at checkout and will also be included in your confirmation email.
IMPORTANT *Please ensure that you place your order online and fully complete the checkout process before sending payment by post to enable us to update our stock levels and reserve your chosen item*.
Returns
If you change your mind or are not happy for any reason, simply return the item to us within 14 days, unused and in it's original packaging. On receipt of the item we will issue you with a full refund, excluding postage costs. (we will of course reimburse all of your postage costs if the item arrived damaged or is discovered to be faulty). We would be grateful if you could let us know before returning any goods via the 'contact us' form. For your peace of mind we recommend that you obtain proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.
Security & Privacy
All the data we collect from this site remains completely confidential and used only to fulfil orders. We collect your name, postal and billing address, telephone number and email address. We do not share or disclose your personal information with any other parties unless it is in relation to fulfilling your order.
NOTE: (Some kits are sent direct from our trusted suppliers - in these cases your name and address only will be passed on unless you notify us otherwise).

Allthough we try and describe everything as accurately as possible please be aware that sometimes there may be a slight difference in measurements given and slight variations in the colours shown on the images.
